These can mark the beginning of a new stage in the life of a human being.However, the planning of these celebrations can lead to times of great stress, which in many cases culminate in unpleasant situations. Weddings and quinceañeros are, for example, two of the most anticipated events in our Hispanic families.Both are celebrated with much rejoicing. However, it is very important that, when planning such events, the level of stress is minimized at times that are supposed to be very joyful. Stress is caused by a series of external demands, and at the same time it has consequences whether physical or emotional reactions that affects not only the person with this physiological change, but also the closest beings.Therefore, and taking into consideration my own experiences, I recommend that you follow the following steps:(1) Plan your event in an organized way;(2) Consider the time you need to plan it, taking into account the magnitude of the event;(3) Delegate responsibilities; And more importantly(4) Clear the budget available for this activity.Remember, if you organize and plan your event in time, taking into account your budget, and at the same time you delegate responsibilities, you will be able to reduce the level of stress associated with the day that is to be the most important in the lives of many.In this way, you will be able to fully enjoy before, during and after the activity.
